Sighnaghi

In the morning we set off early for Sighnaghi — the city of love.

I settled comfortably into the minibus and just watched the landscape change — green fields, vineyards and little houses scattered across the hills, one after another.

When we arrived, Sighnaghi welcomed me with warmth and an incredible view over the Alazani Valley. The town is small but incredibly charming — cobblestone lanes, colorful houses with wooden balconies and a feeling of calm.

What impressed me most were the old fortress walls.
