The capital of Romania!
My trip to Bucharest started early in the morning, setting off from Burgas. The meeting time was 5:00 a.m., and despite the early hour, we were all excited and eager for the journey ahead.
Our route took us through Shumen and Ruse, and then we crossed the Danube Bridge at the Bulgarian-Romanian border.
Around noon we arrived in Bucharest — the largest city in Southeastern Europe. From the very first minutes, the city impressed me with its architecture, wide boulevards, and bustling streets. The city was founded in 1459 on both banks of the Dâmbovița River.
