Hike to Kovach and the Veleka River

Today a big group of us set off from the village of Zvezdets on an easy, pleasant route — a loop trail to the Kovach area and back.

Right from the start, the trail led us through a quiet oak forest, where the conversations gradually faded and we all found ourselves listening to the sounds of nature.

When we reached the cliffs above the Veleka, time seemed to stop. The view was one of those you can’t put into words — you simply feel it.

We continued on to the Kovach area, where we took a longer rest by the river.
